Back to Mistaken Identity

I wrote a post last month about mistaken identities in Nairobi.  I think that the consensus was that it was understandable for Tom and Alcides to possibly be taken for each other.  Tom and Mike Taliaferro, though?  That one is much harder for me to imagine.  I found this photo last week of Tom and Mike together back in either Nairobi or South Africa.  What do you think?
